Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an error was made on our end, such as receiving an incorrect item or an item that does not match the order placed.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.

Approved resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as materials may be purchased or production may begin shortly after an order is received.

Custom mystery orders cannot be changed once work has begun.
